Sales Team Leader - WTF Gyms
Location: NCR Gyms (On-ground)
Experience: 2-4 years
Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Overview:
Lead on-ground sales at 2-3 gym locations, directly selling memberships and leading a small team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets at assigned gyms
2. Conduct gym tours and membership presentations
3. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups
4. Lead and motivate 2-3 sales executives
5. Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
6. Execute local marketing activities (canopy, pamphlets, tie-ups)
7. Work 7 days/week on ground at gyms
Must Haves:
• 2-4 years in direct sales
• Experience with walk-in conversions
• Ability to work 7 days/week
• Local language proficiency (Hindi)
• High energy and hustle mindset
Good to Have:
• Fitness enthusiasm
• Two-wheeler for local travel
• Experience in retail/showroom sales
Education: Graduate (12th pass considered for exceptional candidates)
Preferred Background: Ed-tech Field Sales, Retail, Insurance DSA, Telecom, QSR
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
