Biz Control is a Made-in-India business management platform — HR, CRM, Payroll, Attendance, Property Booking, and Project Management, all in one app. We have just launched and are building our founding sales team.

What You'll Do

- Make calls to leads and follow-ups, and set up your own meetings alongside meetings passed on by the tele-calling team

- Attend 3–5 client meetings daily — business owners, builders, and property dealers

- Give live demos and close deals — 1 closing every day is your core target

- Ask every closed client for a Google and Play Store rating on the spot

- Log every call, lead, meeting, and closing into the CRM the moment it happens — not at day-end

- Bring field suggestions back to the team — the product gets shaped by what you hear from clients

Who We're Looking For

- A problem solver — someone who finds a way through an objection or a stuck deal, not someone who reports the problem and stops

- Confidence to make cold calls, handle objections, and hold a conversation with a business owner

- Someone who owns their daily number — results, not excuses

- Clear spoken Hindi and working English

- Own smartphone and two-wheeler required

- Graduate, any stream
