Roles & Responsibilities

 Make Business calls to SME Business owners from the company-provided database.

 Understand customers' business funding requirements through effective communication.

 Generate and qualify leads for business loans and other financial products.

 Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.

 Conduct client meetings over an Zoom call OR Physical meeting whenever required.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update.

 Build and maintain professional relationships with business customers.

 Achieve monthly lead generation and Loan Disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset.

 Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
