Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans to customers.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly to convert inquiries into site visits.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead management and campaign follow-ups.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result driven.
Fluency in Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.
