About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits. Similar real-estate telecalling roles commonly focus on outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and site-visit scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.

Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities.

Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

Generate and qualify potential leads.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.

Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for further lead conversion.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups to improve site visits and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi communication; basic English will be an advantage.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Excel.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Real Estate, BPO, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, or Sales.

Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and convincing skills.

Candidates with prior real estate sales/telecalling experience will be preferred.
