Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
Ambika Realty is looking for a proactive and persuasive Real Estate Telesales Executive to connect with leads, qualify prospects, and confirm site visit appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call inbound and outbound leads to generate interest in projects.
Explain project details and answer customer queries.
Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads to maximize site visit conversions.
Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding confirmed appointments.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telesales or real estate sales is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
