JWe're Hiring: Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate)
Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize conversions.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
Conduct daily sales meetings and review follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of residential and commercial real estate.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
