Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle calls of prospective customers.

· Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.

· Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.

· Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.

· Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert leads.

· Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.

· Meet assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
