🔹 Job Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Real Estate inbound support process. This role focuses on assisting customers who have already shown interest in Raheja projects.

This is a non-sales / support-based role with no target pressure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound dialer calls from interested customers
Provide project details (location, pricing, configurations)
Assist customers in scheduling site visits
Coordinate with internal teams for visit updates
Maintain records of calls, leads & site visits
Ensure a smooth customer experience
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or above
Freshers can apply
Basic English communication required
💰 Salary Structure
Freshers: ₹19,000 In-hand | ₹23,000 CTC
6 Months+ Experience: ₹22,000 In-hand | ₹26,000 CTC
2 Years Experience: ₹28,000 In-hand | ₹30,000 CTC
