We are hiring an experienced Team Leader cum Trainer for our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a team, training new joiners, and ensuring site visit conversions and sales target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, mentor, and guide real estate sales executives
Handle team performance, daily targets, and lead distribution
Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, and product knowledge sessions
Ensure proper follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures
Motivate team members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain sales reports and coordinate with management
Ensure CRM updates and process compliance
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as Team Leader / Trainer in real estate
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively
