Role Overview
- Primary Focus: Drive sales of properties (villas, apartments, commercial units) and rent‑flat leasing across assigned projects.
- Scope: End‑to‑end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure, including rent‑flat inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Prospect & qualify leads for sale (villas, apartments, commercial) and rent (flat/ studio/ premium rentals).
- Conduct site visits & property walk‑throughs for buyers and renters.
- Sales Execution
- Negotiate & close deals for sale of properties & rent agreements.
- Prepare sale/lease agreements, ensure documentation compliance.
- Rent‑Flat Management
- Oversee rent‑flat inventory (availability, pricing, upgrades).
- Coordinate with operations team for rent‑flat handover & post‑lease services.
- Team Leadership
- Manage sales executives handling property sales & rent‑flat portfolios.
- Set targets, monitor performance, provide coaching & feedback.
- Market Insights
- Track local market trends (sale & rent) & competitor activity.
- Report pipeline forecast & conversion metrics to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 5‑7 years real‑estate sales experience (property & villa sales + rent‑flat leasing).
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication & client‑handling skills.
- Ability to manage a small sales team.
