Key Responsibilities
· Product Sales: Promote and sell a comprehensive suite of banking and financial products.
· Customer Acquisition: Identify potential clients and acquire new customers for the bank.
· Lead Generation: Actively generate sales leads and meet assigned business objectives.
· Product Portfolio: Handle products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Loans Against Property (LAP), Education Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
· Shift Timing: Fixed day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
· Hours: 8 working hours + a 1-hour break.
· Roster: Fixed Sunday off (1st & 3rd week); Saturday & Sunday off (2nd & 4th week, process dependent).
· Holidays: Bank holidays are applicable, though some Saturdays may require work based on business needs.
