• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain products/services clearly & persuasively

• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions

• Generate leads & convert them into successful sales

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales & conversion targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls & lead status in CRM/excel

• Follow up with interested leads to close deals

• Handle customer queries and objections confidently

• Maintain professionalism and positive customer experience

• Coordinate with the team to improve sales performance

• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
