Major Job responsibilities would be as under:
Take outbound calls to potential customers for home loans and LAP
Pitch products clearly, identify needs, and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and manage customer relationships effectively
Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records
Meet monthly sales targets and support team goals through collaboration
Who is an ideal fit:
6 months to 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in home loans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in high-paced environments
Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation is a plus
