Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customers.
Understand customer business objectives and align company solutions to meet their needs.
Create and execute account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance analyses.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
