Reporting To: Center Head / Branch Manager
To counsel and guide prospective students in selecting appropriate courses and career paths while meeting the organization’s admission and enrollment targets.
Counsel students and parents regarding various courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and convert them into enrollments.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure student satisfaction.
Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and workshops.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Provide market insights and feedback to improve counseling strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and presentation abilities
Customer service and sales orientation
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, BMS, BA, etc.)
MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/HR/Education (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, education sales, or a related field
