Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Health, Motor & Life Insurance

Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: Mundhwa–Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road Maharashtra – 411014

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and advise interested leads on suitable insurance products (Outbound process).

• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions for health, motor, and life insurance.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate in any field.

• Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Experienced candidates with prior domestic insurance or telesales experience will be preferred.

• Languages: English & Hindi (both fluent).

• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication; no MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors.

• Certification: Versant 6 Certified preferred.

Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC per month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

Work Details:

• Shift: Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM; rotational for males).

• Working Days: 6 days a week
