·         Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans

·         Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts

·         Write compelling business proposals

·         Extensive sales experience in corporate sales

·         Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

·         Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion

·         A go-getter, self-motivated person with very strong oral and written communication skills & Presentation skills

·         Willingness to travel as required

Job Summary:-

Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

Core duties and responsibilities are as follows:

·         Familiarizing with all the services offered by the company.

·         Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

·         Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

·         Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

·         Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.

·         Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

·         Generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.

·         Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

·         Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

·         Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that offerings remain relevant.
