We are hiring BPO Telecallers for a Banking Process working with leading banks such as Kotak Mahindra Bank and IDFC First Bank at our offices located in Thane, Airoli and Kasarwadi (Mumbai region). The role involves calling customers, explaining banking products like credit cards, loans, accounts and EMI offers, handling customer queries, generating leads and maintaining daily call reports in the CRM system while achieving monthly targets. Candidates must have good Hindi communication skills with basic English understanding and basic computer knowledge. Freshers (12th pass or any stream) are welcome and will receive a salary of ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 plus incentives, while graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience can earn up to ₹22,000 plus incentives. The job is a day shift, 6 days working with rotational weekly off, and paid training will be provided.
