We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader to lead our Dubai-based banking credit card sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of credit card sales executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for UAE banking products.
Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and call quality.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
Ensure compliance with UAE banking sales guidelines and quality standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in UAE/Dubai banking or international credit card sales.
Prior experience as a Team Leader in a tele-sales process.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Ability to manage targets and deliver consistent results.
Knowledge of UAE credit card products and sales procedures is preferred.
