Install and commission equipment such as hydraulic bollards, tyre killers, spike barriers, boom barriers, flap barriers, turnstiles, and related control systems.
Conduct wiring, cabling, hydraulic connections, and control panel integration as per design specifications.
Perform system testing, calibration, and ensure proper operational functionality.
Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance for installed systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
Replace faulty parts and ensure minimal downtime for customers.
Provide on-site technical assistance and demonstrations to clients.
Maintain installation and service reports, and document all maintenance activities.
Support senior engineers during project handover and training of client staff.
Adhere to company quality and safety standards during all installations and service activities.
Ensure proper handling of hydraulic oils, electrical equipment, and safety tools.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Communicate effectively with customers to schedule site visits and resolve technical issues promptly.
