We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team at Perks Links & Services Private Limited to Lead and supervise the MEP team for smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance.

• Monitor electrical, plumbing, DG, pumps, fire-fighting, STP, lifts and other residential MEP systems.

• Plan and ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Attend technical complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with AMC/service vendors and monitor their work.

• Maintain technical logbooks, checklists, maintenance records and daily reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.

• Identify technical issues, recommend corrective actions and escalate major breakdowns to the Facility/Society Manager.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of electrical, pump and other technical rooms. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 with growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or ITC with experience and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
