To promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers through telemarketing activities while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and acquire new customers for credit card products.
Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, charges, and terms clearly to customers.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and company policies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide after-sales service, resolve customer queries, and support credit card activation.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth application processing and timely issuance of cards.
Keep updated with competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or telecom.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven,
Basic knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of new credit cards sold.
Conversion rate of leads to sales.
Customer satisfaction and feedback.
Adherence to compliance and documentation standard
