Job Title: Telecaller / Business Development Executive – Recruitment Services

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller who can connect with HR Managers, Founders, and Decision Makers, explain our services, and help close service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call the prospective companies from the contact list or data provided by the company.

• Introduce Right Hire Consulting Services and clearly explain our recruitment offerings, terms & conditions, pricing, and replacement policy.

• Handle client objections and queries effectively with professionalism.

• Share the service proposal or agreement with interested clients over email or WhatsApp.

• Follow up with clients for agreement signing, payment, and confirmation.

• Maintain a detailed record of all calls, client discussions, and follow-ups in the system.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team once the client signs the agreement to begin the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / client coordination, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services.
✅ Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
✅ Personality: Confident, polite, and persuasive with a professional phone manner.
✅ Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.
✅ Attitude: Target-driven and willing to learn about HR and recruitment industry processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
