We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. The Sales Coordinator will act as the key link between the sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of sales strategies for our food products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain and update sales data, reports, and customer records in CRM systems or Excel.
• Communicate with distributors, retailers, and modern trade accounts to manage orders, queries, and delivery schedules.
• Assist the sales team with promotional activities, market activations, and sampling campaigns.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to avoid stockouts.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues with clients as per credit terms.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in onboarding new customers or channel partners and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with marketing for the timely delivery of POSMs, promotional materials, and product samples.
