About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Sales Advisors / Sourcing Managers who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. This role involves direct interaction with clients, showcasing premium projects, conducting site visits, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and

investment goals.

● Present and cross-pitch multiple real estate projects to match client preferences.

● Conduct meetings, presentations, and property site visits with prospective buyers.

● Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity.

● Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and reports through CRM systems.

● Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral

business.

Who Can Apply:

● Graduates with minimum 70% overall in academics (Mandatory).

● Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).

● 1–4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).

● Freshers with a strong interest in real estate sales and excellent interpersonal skills

may also apply.

● Presentable, confident, and self-motivated individuals with a customer-centric

mindset.
