Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and articulate Business Development Managers to join our Sales team. This role is suited for fresh graduates who demonstrate strong communication skills, professional maturity, and the ambition to build a long-term career in consultative and strategic sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured consultative discussions with prospective learners to understand their professional goals and recommend suitable programs
Manage the end-to-end sales process including outreach, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closures
Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling of learning programs
Maintain accurate product knowledge to deliver value-based guidance to prospects
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance
Uphold a high level of professionalism, customer service, and process compliance
Candidate Requirements
Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Confident, proactive, disciplined, and target-driven work approach
Ability to engage professionally with working professionals and decision-makers
Prior exposure to sales, preferably in the Ed-Tech sector, will be an added advantage
Graduates preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Freshers: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)
Experienced Candidates: ₹4.8 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA depending on experience and current CTC (75% Fixed + 25% Variable)
Uncapped Incentive Structure upon achieving 60% of targets
Additional allowance for Saturday working
