Role Overview We are looking for a confident Admission Counsellor (Individual Contributor) with strong B2C/EdTech sales experience to convert high-intent leads through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end B2C sales cycle management
• Engage learners via calls & follow-ups
• Understand career goals and recommend right programs
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain CRM and sales processes
Candidate Profile
Graduate (MBA preferred)
1–5 years Inside Sales experience (EdTech ideal)
Strong communication & closing skills
Target-driven, self-motivated
Immediate joiners /≤7 days notice preferred
Ready for face-to-face interview in Bangalore
