As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals and help accelerate ITIO’s growth in the fintech and technology sector.
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech and IT domain.
Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and demos to potential clients.
Track, analyze, and report on business performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
0–6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Strategy (preferably in the tech/fintech sector).
Strong understanding of digital products, SaaS, or payment gateway solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management platforms.
