Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,MS Excel is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
