We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic EdTech team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or business development within the education technology domain and strong communication skills in a South Indian language.
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels.
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored EdTech solutions to meet learning goals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is mandatory.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
