Lead Generation Team Leader - solar industry preferred

Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing them into qualified leads through multiple channels such as digital platforms, industry events, and outbound communication, and passing them effectively to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities
Initiate communication with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networks
Maintain and manage the lead database and CRM system efficiently
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
Collaborate with marketing to support campaign effectiveness and content needs
Track lead metrics, conversion rates, and regularly report to the management
Work with cross-functional teams to develop lead generation strategies
