We are looking for an Admission Manager (Sales & Counselling) to join our dynamic team at Z1 Study Abroad. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guiding students in their higher education journey abroad while driving business growth. The position involves student counselling, client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving admission and sales targets.

Counsel students and parents about international study options, universities, and application procedures.
Identify, engage, and convert potential leads through walk-ins, calls, and digital enquiries.
Guide students through the complete admission process—from course selection to application and visa documentation.
Present and promote suitable university programs and pathway options effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and partner institutions.
Maintain an accurate record of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Stay updated on admission policies, visa rules, and overseas education trends.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Experience Range: 6 months to 2 years in sales, counselling, or education-related roles. Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm to learn are also welcome.
Excellent communication and convincing skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Good presentation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
