Job Role:

We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, calls, emails & referrals

• Connect with potential clients and understand hiring needs

• Present recruitment services and schedule meetings

• Follow up and maintain client relationships

• Coordinate with recruitment team

Skills Required:

• Good communication (English & Tamil)

• Confident & target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment (preferred)

• Familiar with LinkedIn & Excel
