Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Manage sales targets, customer service, and visual merchandising

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve performance goals

• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and coordinate with suppliers

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

• Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels

• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory software.
