Flower Stall Assistant

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and customer-friendly Flower Stall Assistant to manage our flower stall operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive flower deliveries and set up the stall daily.

- Remove thorns, unwanted leaves, and damaged parts from flowers.

- Arrange and organize flowers properly to keep them fresh and attractive.

- Assist in making and arranging bouquets as required.

- Keep the stall clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.

- Greet customers politely and help them choose flowers and bouquets.

- Communicate confidently with customers and actively promote products to increase sales.

- Handle flowers and materials with care at all times.

- Dispose of flower waste, leaves, and packaging in the designated dustbin.

- At closing time, pack all flowers, tools, and materials properly.

- Keep all items in their designated places and move required materials to the basement/storage area.

- Ensure the stall is clean and ready for the next day before leaving.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.

- Friendly and positive attitude.

- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn about flowers and bouquet arrangements.

The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional flower stall while helping grow sales and providing excellent customer service.
