Job Title: Counter Sales Executive (RSO) – Retail Sales
Location: Bengaluru
Industry: Jewellery
Experience Required: 0 to 4 years in Jewellery or Fashion Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide excellent customer service
Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting jewellery/fashion products
Demonstrate and explain product features, quality, and value
Handle billing and maintain accurate sales records
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display counters
Manage inventory at the counter and support stock replenishment
Build and maintain a long-term relationship with customers
