💼 Position: Jewellery Sales Executive
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom professionally.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Gold, Diamond, and Precious Jewellery.
✅ Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
✅ Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
✅ Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
✅ Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
✅ Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product arrangements.
✅ Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
✅ Support billing, inventory checks, and stock management activities when required.
✅ Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication skills in English.
✔ Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Passion for sales and customer interaction.
✔ Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
✔ Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
✔ Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or showroom sales will be an added advantage.
✔ Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
