सीनियर HR एग्जीक्यूटिव

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.

• Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, conduct preliminary HR rounds, and finalize offers.

• Maintain recruitment data, MIS reports, and candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

2. Payroll & Compliance

• Assist in monthly payroll processing including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.

• Coordinate with the Accounts department for salary disbursement and payslip generation.

• Handle and maintain employee records, personal files, and related documentation.

• Ensure timely statutory compliance under PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.

• Prepare and maintain compliance registers and reports as required by law.

3. Employee Onboarding & Records

• Conduct joining formalities, issue appointment letters, and update the HR database.

• Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new employees.

• Maintain up-to-date employee master data and personal files.

4. HR Coordination & Support

• Support HR activities related to performance management, employee engagement, and HR audits.

• Liaise with government and statutory authorities when required.

• Prepare periodic HR reports and assist in policy implementation

5. Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: 4–5 years in recruitment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry).

6.Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and payroll systems.

• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
