Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and support HR in building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain recruitment reports and databases.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
