· Focus on developing a strong culture in the region by adherence of right policies and practices.
· Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for the region.
· Smooth execution on onboarding and handholding of the new joiners to drive activations and higher productivity.
· Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement programs in the region to boost morale of the employees.
· Work closely with Training Manager to look for opportunities for developing capability.
· Engage with employees to increase retention.
· Drive and execute initiatives launched at zone and corporate level.
· Timely delivery of MIS and all reporting’s.
· Focus on launching at least one initiative which will have positive impact on people and business.
