Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: JP Nagar, Near Dalmiya Circle Bangalore (Work From Office only)
Salary : 20k to 25K

Experience : Min 1 to 3 Years Experience in Non IT Only (Freshers & IT Recruiters not considered)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of non-technical roles including sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, logistics, and other support functions. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams by attracting the right talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and prepare recruitment reports as needed.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in non-IT domains.

• Strong understanding of various job functions and roles outside of IT.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
