We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at L Associates to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excel, with ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience of working with reporting tools

  • Update and maintain MIS Report on timely basis.

  • Handle queries from employees & respond within timelines.

  • Should have strong understanding and manage statutory compliance

  Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree or similar from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience

  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Should be well versed with Advanced Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • The ability to work accurately, with good attention to details

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
