We're looking for an HR whiz to join our team! You'll handle HR admin, employee queries, and help make our workplace awesome.
*What You'll Do*
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR paperwork
- Answer HR queries and provide support to employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and other HR processes
- Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
*What We Need*
- Degree in HR or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience (freshers welcome!)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Understanding of HR processes and labor laws
*Nice-to-Have*
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws.
