Service Engineer

✅ Job Responsibilities – Cleanroom & HVAC Site Engineer:

🔧 1. Site Execution & Supervision:

• HVAC systems (AHUs, ducting, chilled water piping, etc.) installation supervision.

• Cleanroom construction activities (modular partitions, ceilings, covings, flooring) execution monitoring.

• Monitor subcontractors to ensure work is as per design/specifications.

📝 2. Planning & Coordination:

• Coordinate with design team, procurement, vendors, and project managers.

• Daily/weekly planning and resource allocation.

• Conduct site meetings and progress updates.

🛠️ 3. Technical Knowledge:

• Read and understand HVAC & cleanroom drawings (GFC, layout, P&ID).

• Ensure cleanroom standards: ISO 14644, GMP compliance.

• Support commissioning activities: airflow testing, validation support (DOP, particle count).

🧰 4. Material & Quality Management:

• Inspection of materials received at site.

• Ensure installation is as per approved quality procedures.

• Raise and close NCRs and snag points.

📊 5. Documentation:

• Maintain site records: daily progress reports (DPR), manpower, material consumption.

• Support documentation for validation and handover: IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.

🧑‍💼 6. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all site safety protocols are followed.

• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE usage.
