Develop and manage sales for solar products and solutions in the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and dealers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to the management.
Support in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events as required.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar / renewable energy / electrical products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer base in Kalahandi region.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
