Nirmaan Plus is a B2B digital platform connecting distributors, manufacturers, and buyers in the building materials and construction supply industry. The platform operates on a subscription model, helping businesses grow through verified leads, wider reach, and sales network expansion.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving subscription-based growth by onboarding distributors and manufacturers to Nirmaan Plus. The role also involves managing and motivating a sales team responsible for acquiring buyer subscriptions on the platform.
Business Acquisition:
Identify and onboard distributors and manufacturers under the Nirmaan Plus subscription model.
Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
Ensure monthly and quarterly subscription targets are achieved.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and monitor a field sales team responsible for enrolling buyer-side subscriptions.
Set performance goals, track productivity, and ensure target achievement.
Support the team in closing key deals and managing customer escalations.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to increase platform penetration across regions.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential business clusters.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize onboarding experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track subscription renewals, cancellations, and revenue performance.
Proven experience in B2B sales, subscription model, or SaaS platform sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of construction, hardware, or building materials industry preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in digital or trade platforms.
Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives.
