Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate should be confident in communication and capable of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Visit potential clients and present company products/services.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

• Maintain records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass) / Graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers can apply).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in field sales or tele-calling.

• Knowledge of local market in Kolkata.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
