Job Description:

We are hiring a sales Manager to lead sales for BBT (Busbar Trunking Systems) and BuskBar solutions. Ideal candidate will have experience in industrial, infrastructure, or commercial sector sales.

• Drive sales of BBT (Busbar/ Busduct Trunking) electrical systems across industrial, infrastructure & construction sectors

• Generate leads through client visits, referrals & industry networking

• Deliver technical presentations and customized proposals

• Partner with engineering teams for solution alignment

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals

• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings

• Track pipeline, forecasts, and report performance regularly

• Represent employer at industry events and exhibitions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience in electrical products (especially BBT/Busbar)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Should be willing to travel locally or regionally

• Proven sales track record in construction/industrial sectors
