● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and identify trends in the accounting software industry.
● Sales Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through personal contact and regular meetings.
● Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS accounting software.
● Sales Reporting: Create frequent reviews and reports on sales activities, market trends, and financial data to monitor performance and achieve sales goals.
● Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of demo versions for presentations and customer trials.
● Negotiation: Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to facilitate negotiations regarding prices, delivery schedules, and customer specifications.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, gather feedback from customers or prospects, and share insights with internal tech and sales teams to improve sales strategies.
● Sales Documentation: Accurately record sales and order information, reporting the same to the internal team for follow-up and processing.
● Market Feedback: Monitor buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team to improve the product offering and sales process.
● Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive, with experience in SaaS or software sales being a plus.
● Age: Maximum age 30.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging product presentations.
● Negotiation Skills: A strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
● Self-Motivation: A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving sales targets.
● Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
